Cat® Brand Day: March 2024

The CAT Brand Day is a celebration and appreciation of our valued customers who use our equipment on a daily basis. Our customers are lovingly backed by their families and we acknowledge this by providing a brand experience to the whole family. The day filled with festivities brings together - the Cat brand, the dealer and our esteemed customers.

The first Cat® Brand Day India was celebrated in Salem, Tamil Nadu on 18 March, 2024 in collaboration with our Dealer GMMCo. Customers came from far and near to enjoy an evening filled with fun. It was aimed to build partnership and bring the Caterpillar family closer together while experiencing the Brand.

The evening was filled with fun, music and games including mini-football, VR-cricket, mini-golf, 360 degrees video and photo booth to name a few. The joy of playing the games was accelerated when customers were gifted Cat Merchandise.

This was followed with a showcase of Caterpillar’s Next-Gen 320D3 hydraulic excavator on display, a demo and a sit-down presentation attended by 100 customers. The strength of GMMCo’s network of Cat products and services, provides the support and care customers need in achieving business success, on-going profitability and peace of mind ownership.

The key-handing ceremony to our esteemed customer from Salem was followed by fireworks that filled the ground with vibrant energy. The Brand Day was not just a customer evening, it was a celebration of the long-term heritage of Caterpillar and the families that make it all possible.

Finally, in our customers’ words, the success of this evening was that everyone forgot their age and enjoyed the games and the evening as kids again!



Asansol’s Caterpillar Yard, owned by our Dealer GCPL, is a wonderland with an amazing display of Caterpillar equipment. The Cat® Brand Day at Asansol was held on 22 March 2024. It brought the Cat family closer together in a perfect blend of technological showcase and entertainment that was set in the mesmerizing display of equipment. The strength of GCPL’s network of Cat products and services, provides the support and care customers need in achieving business success, on-going profitability and peace of mind ownership.

As customers started arriving with their families, they were greeted by the sight of Caterpillar’s latest lineup of construction equipment. The kids had the most fun, trying their hand at mini-golf, mini-football and catapult, winning Cat merchandise, while the adults forgot their age and played like kids and danced to songs on the 360 degrees video game.

Laughter and high-fives vibrated the yard when they won a game. The music with a mix of Bollywood hits and local Bengali classics, ensured the atmosphere was lively and festive.

As the day progressed, the aroma of local cuisine filled the air, with food stalls offering a taste of local culinary cuisine. The Key-Handing ceremony to our esteemed customers was followed by Holi celebrations that brought another level of vibrant energy. The Brand Day was not just a customer family day, it was a celebration of the long-term heritage of Caterpillar, GCPL, customers and their families that make it all possible.
